Sandwiches with eggs and curry sauce

Ingredients.Chopped and peeled four hard-cooked eggs.
50 grammes of mayonnaise.
An equivalent of one teaspoon of curry powder.

flavour to taste with salt and pepper.
There are eight pieces of bread.

In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and curry powder. Carefully incorporate the eggs, and then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the mixture evenly among the bread pieces, using 4 for the bottom and 4 for the top.
