Skinless chicken breasts prepared with this spicy marinade are delicious in a salad or on their own. If you'd like to serve the chicken over salad leaves, you may slice it
into strips and then drizzle it with salsa or a dressing of your choice. Use the rest of the spice blend to season meat, fish, or vegetables.
Ingredients. Paprika, 2 and a half teaspoonsteaspoons of garlic powder,a measure of salt equal to 1 tablespoona pinch of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of ginger powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder
a pinch of ground cloves, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger,
Cayenne pepper in ground form,
one tablespoon of ground black pepper,
Count four chicken breast pieces that have been deboned and skinned.
The grill should be heated to about halfway between cold and smoking. You should oil the grill rack lightly.
To prepare the seasoning, combine the paprika, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, thyme, cayenne pepper, and ground black pepper in a bowl.
