This 5-minute blender carrot juice is light and refreshing!
Beta-carotene-rich carrots are low-calorie. They form healthful juices due to their high water content and mild sweetness.

Rinse and dry carrots, lemon, and ginger. Carrot ends and lemon halves. Peel ginger and carrots. Blend ingredients. If your blender is weak, mix the water and carrots first 

Blend on high for 60 seconds to smooth liquid and liquefy carrots.
Although expensive, you can purchase juices. Pasteurization degrades nutrients, so avoid retail juices.

2–3 big carrots, peeled, 3 tbsp lemon juice (approximately 1 large lemon), 1/2 inch ginger, 1 1/2 cups water, 1/2 cup ice cubes.

Wash and dry fresh fruit. Cut carrot ends and peel. Peel 1/2-inch ginger. Squeeze lemon halves.
